Spring Mills Groundbreaking

Patriot Federal Credit Union staff and board members recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new office at 5268 Williamsport Pike, Martinsburg, WV. The new office, set to open in the fall of 2025, will be the credit union’s 10th full-service branch.

“This branch reflects our ongoing commitment to serving the growing Berkeley County community,” said Ron Celaschi, CEO of Patriot Federal Credit Union. “With more than 5,000 members in Berkeley County, many of whom live in and around Martinsburg, this location will provide them greater accessibility and convenience, as well as provide financial service options for the entire community.”

Located near Spring Mills High School at the corner of Brown Road and US 11, the new 2900 square foot office will feature a modern interior designed to blend personal service with high-tech convenience. Members will have access to traditional service areas for basic banking transactions, as well as specialized areas for financial consultation, mortgage loans and business services.

The Spring Mills Branch office will also include a welcoming waiting area with refreshments, a tech bar with resources to help members engage and learn about finances, and informational displays. Additionally, it will feature two drive-up lanes and a drive-up SMART ATM offering flexible denomination withdrawals ($5, $10, and $20 bills) with a bilingual option.

In addition to Patriot representatives, attendees included Randy Lewis, Interim CEO of the Martinsburg-Berkeley Chamber; Andrew Segall of The Segall Group – Realtor; Trevor Frederick, FSA – Civil Engineer; Russell Moore, SGS Architects and Bishara Alsahouri of Kinsley Construction.
