Have your unexpired government-issued driver’s license/state ID, or passport with current address ready.

Make sure to have documentation to verify your current physical and mailing address if it is not correct on your ID.

We’ll also need other identifying information such as your Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number and date of birth to verify your new account.
